Meet Dr Tasos Nicolaou

Dr Nicolaou is accredited by the Gastroenterological Society of Australia of which he is member to perform diagnostic and therapeutic gastroscopy and colonoscopy. His practice encompasses all aspects of gastroenterology and Hepatology but he has a special interest in colorectal cancer screening, capsule endoscopy, inflammatory bowel disease, management of irritable bowel syndrome, reflux disease and Barrett’s oesophagus, coeliac disease and resistant helicobacter pylori infection.

Since early 1996, Dr Nicolaou has been in private practice as a consultant gastroenterologist and Hepatologist. He has had a private practice in St George Private Medical Centre since early 1996 and in June 2007 he took over the management of Healthwoods Specialist Centre. Dr Nicolaou currently carries out procedures at the Healthwoods Specialist Centre and at St George Private Hospital in Kogarah
